Prashant:

Production budget is a debatable issue as there are movies which pay 10 crore rupees for only lead actor! Moreover, for useless item numbers spending (rather, wasting) another few crore rupees. I am not asking for an outrageous thing, this is about common thinking and some care which they have to take while shooting.

If they couldn't figure it while shooting, at least while mixing they could achieve some bit of that. I enjoyed the movie though! :)

I agree that Hollywood movies appear to be better researched and anachronism is rampant in most Bollywood movies. But the fact is that Bollywood movies do not have the production budget of a Hollywood movie neither the reach / earning capacity. So as a movie producer, can you afford to be pedantic about a Tata Indica in a shot and re-shoot it or would you care more about ending up with some additional profits ?
